Tim PerkinsTim Perkins 
Tim Perkins is the founder and president of Perkins Motor Plex. Along with his team of associates, he has built Perkins Motor Plex into one of the largest pre-owned automobile dealerships in Kentucky.

Tim, formerly of Mayfield, KY, resides in Murray, KY and attends Hardin Baptist Church.


Kayla Amis Kayla Amis  
Joining the company on opening day in 2001, Kayla Amis is the most tenured member of the Perkins Motor Plex Team. Kayla served as a receptionist until 2007 when she was promoted to operations manager. Through her wealth of proven experience, she plays an integral part in every aspect of the Perkins Motor Plex business, along with the various business interests of Tim Perkins.

A graduate of Paducah Community College, Kayla is an avid runner, having competed in numerous half-marathons and is a board member of the Mayfield Graves County YMCA. Kayla attends Sedalia Baptist Church, and she resides in Mayfield with her son Coleman.


Nathan Higdon Nathan Higdon  
Since joining the company in 2005, after a successful radio career, Nathan Higdon has developed into one of the leaders of Perkins Motor Plex. His innate ability to anticipate and exceed the expectations of his customers elevated Nathan to sales manager of the Mayfield, KY dealership. Also, in 2010, he was promoted to serve as general manager of Perkins Motor Plex, supervising and advising in all functions, goals, and aspects of the company.

Formerly of Graves County, he has resided in Murray, KY since graduating from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Arts in TV-Radio Broadcasting. You will possibly already be familiar with his voice, since he is a radio color announcer for the Murray State Racers Men's Basketball Team. Nathan's wife, Kendra, is a teacher in the Calloway County School System. They have two children, Christian Ann and Tanner. The family attends Saint Leo Catholic Church.


Josh Kennemore Josh Kennemore  
One of the "shooting stars" of the company, Josh Kennemore, has excelled in every task given to him since joining Perkins Motor Plex in 2007. His responsibilities include managing the company website and in June of 2010 be was promoted to a inventory buyer. He is also a sales assistant at the Mayfield dealership. Josh is a 2011 graduate of Murray State University with a degree in business management.

Affectionately referred to as "The Rib Man", he is an avid BBQ rib cooker. In the past, he has served his fare at various festivals and for family and friends. Josh attends Hardin Baptist Church and is the brother of Perkins Motor Plex founder Tim Perkins.


Mickey McManus Mickey McManus  
Drawing upon his longevity in the automobile industry, Mickey McManus oversees every aspect of the vehicle recondition process for Perkins Motor Plex. His even-tempered attitude and dependable work ethic make him a natural at serving our customers during the warranty period of their purchase.

An active member of Trace Creek Baptist Church and a leader within the Emmaus Community, he and his wife Sandy, have two daughters, Elizabeth and Lydia. An enthusiastic sports fan, you are likely to see Mickey sitting court side at basketball arenas throughout Western KY. Mickey is a lifelong Graves County resident.


Scott Clapp Scott Clapp  
Scott Clapp is the manager of the Perkins Motor Plex dealership in Murray, KY. Drawing on his business acumen learned while managing the Edward Jones Investment office in Calvert City, Kentucky for the past five years, he is the ideal leader for this location.

Before earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Murray State University, he worked at a respected, local pre-owned car dealership. Sharing in the vision of Perkins Motor Plex, he will greatly aide in any future developments of our company. His folksy nature and straight forward business approach quickly earn him the trust and respect of his customers.

Scott and his wife Amber reside in Benton, KY along with their sons, Nate and Nick. He enjoys bass fishing, golf, and spending time with his family. Scott attends Briensburg Baptist Church.


Brittany Crouch Brittany Crouch  
Brittany Crouch is the title clerk for both Perkins Motor Plex dealerships in Mayfield and Murray. Despite her relatively young age, she brings a wealth of title processing experience she gained at a highly respected new car dealer group to the Perkins Motor Plex family in 2010.

Brittany graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Murray State University in May 2010 and is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration at Murray State.

Brittany has been in the car business what seems like a lifetime; her mother serves in the Marshall County Clerk’s office and her father is a Marshall County car dealer.

She is a member of Calvary Baptist Church and resides in Murray, KY.


Jay Larkin Jay Larkin  
The newest member of the Perkins Motor Plex team is Jay Larkin. After serving at two highly respected new car dealerships, Jay brings his years of experience to Perkins Motor Plex family by teaming up alongside Scott Clapp at the Murray dealership. Automobile sales runs deep in Larkin's blood, he is the grandson of veteran Marshall County automobile salesman, "Bunk" Larkin.

Jay is an accomplished singer/ guitar player using his talents on the Benton First Missionary Baptist Church Worship team. Jay enjoys golfing and the occasional game of pickup basketball, but touts his most joy comes from being a husband to wife, Trista, and a father to Dylan and Olivia. Jay and his family reside in Benton, KY.


RosieRosie 
The most enthusiastic member of the Perkins Motor Plex family is Rosemary “Rosie” Perkins. Rosie is an 100 plus pound Goldendoodle. With a wag of her tail and the occasional “Bear Hug”, Rosie serves as the official greeter of Perkins Motor Plex.

Rosie enjoys chasing tennis balls that she (reluctantly) gives back and playing at home with her older, much smaller brother, Vegas, a shitzu.

Rosie has a true zest for life and is loyal to her dad, Tim Perkins, as she accompanies him daily to work.
